How do I know if this part is compatible with my device?

Compare the part number, model number, and physical appearance (connector, mounting points, size) with your original part. We also list compatible models in the 'Compatibility Information' tab. When in doubt, email us photos of your original part – we will verify for you within 24 hours.

The part number on my device is slightly different. Will it still work?

Often yes. Manufacturers sometimes use multiple part numbers for the same compatible component. Check our photos carefully – if the shape, connector, and mounting holes match, it is very likely compatible. Contact us if unsure.

Do you sell original or OEM parts?

We offer both. The product listing will clearly state 'Original' (higher quality, higher price) or 'OEM / Replacement' (affordable, good quality). If you need original, ensure you select the correct option when available.

How long will shipping take?

Standard economy shipping: 10-20 business days. Express (DHL/FedEx): 3-7 business days. Bulk orders may have negotiated faster shipping. Tracking number provided within 24 hours after dispatch.

What payment methods do you accept?

For retail orders: PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). For wholesale (>$500): Bank transfer (TT) is preferred. You can request our bank details via email.

What is covered under warranty?

90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If the item is defective (not physically damaged, not due to improper installation), we will replace it free of charge. Please refer to the 'Warranty' tab for full details.

Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong part?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, but buyer pays return shipping. Item must be unused and in original packaging. We strongly recommend double-checking compatibility before ordering to avoid such situations.

Do you offer installation support?

We provide basic installation guidance via email (text or diagrams). For complex repairs (e.g., LCD replacement, soldering), we recommend a professional technician. We are not liable for installation damage.
